Cheney-Bush are guilty of far greater crimes and misdemeanors than Clinton's sex lie which gotr him impeached. Of course the GOP controls congress so they don't get investigated unless the 9-11 wives drag them into a commission, but the energy gouging alone if investigated thoroughly would reveal Cheney-Bush have conspired to rip off consumers and taxpayers for more than 200 billion since day one.

If you think that's far-fetched consider the fact that 4-5 energy companies like Enron and Reliant who are Cheney-Bush's closest allies have already been indicted despite very sluggish SEC investigations.
