David, I really want you to stop posting! I have heard your point of view and I understand it. I am not impressed by your scholarship or your intellect and you appear not to have the appropriate humility. A thread benefits most from contrary viewpoints, but these must come from sources who realize that we are engaged in difficult, serious business and that they are fallible.
