If it is the administration's intent to put Chalabi or the INC in control of Iraq, imo it will be the straw that breaks the camel's back. It is beyond question that Chalabi is a liar and a thief. It is also beyond question that history has shown installing puppet governments in the middle east has always served to further radicalize the population.
