This vet is a partisan BS artist. Kerry has already apologized for some of his language as a young man just back from Nam. The vet is BS'ing though because many of the atrocity reports were absolutely true and proven. Obviously the vet is a strong Bush supporter from Houston and will say anything. He may have been listening to too much rightwing talk radio which of course distorts everything Kerry says. BTW: If you listen to Kerry's speech in 1971 it lays the blame sqaurely on the shoulders of the top brass and DC policymakers, for knowing the atrocities were happening but allowing them. By that point it really was insane in Nam and anyone who denies that was out of touch or covering up.
