Someone that turns over 10 DVD's a month

Try watching 10 disks a month on a 3 out plan when it takes 5 or more days to turn a disk around. Theoretically possible, but in practice not functional.

As for hacking - well, the music industry is continuing to make very good money and they have had this problem for a lot longer.

Finally, explain the success of Amazon over Barnes and Noble. When you can explain that and how it differs from Netflix then I'll worry.
