Bushies never apologize for anything, no matter how gross their lies and mistakes.

Kerry has apologized for some of the words. But remember he was a very young man at the time just back from combat. He was angry, upset, had been through hell and had also earned the right to criticize his government. That war was wrong, not Kerry. if you want someone to criticize watch the Robert McNamara movie which won the Oscar. In that film, he confesses that the very same people Kerry was blaming did indeed lie to the American people causing way too much madness and bloodshed in Nam. History has borne out what Kerry said and meant. ANyone who defends the Vietnam War now as righteous is just plain ignorant. It was based on lies to begin with (Johnson) then escalated with even more lies (Nixon). And there was simply no good reason for the war in the first place.

PS: Cheney-Bushie Halliburton/Brown-Root and Bectel made a ton of money off Vietnam as well, and both Cheney and Bush deliberately dodged the draft.
