The document you refer to Thomas is amateurish stuff anyone could find anywhere with brilliant graphs that prove we are consuming more than we are producing. What a revelation! Big deal he quotes engineers. Whoa! It's a policy made by a jerk that will do nothing to make America stronger. Rather Bush's policy has weakened America and will continue to do so.
