For years the Arab world accused the US embargo on Iraq for the death of thousands of Iraqi children, but now we know where, or will know, where the oil money went that caused alleged starvation and lack of medicines, that is if the UN allows Volcker to head the oil-for-food investigation. Let's listen for how loud Chirac, Schroeder and Putin, and Goofy Annan holler. Their degree of complicity in the theft of the oil money will be directly proportional to the Decibel level of protests.
