2 parties want to occupy the same space. I think they should return to 1967 borders, and a Palestinian state should be formed from the West Bank area.

It is about both Israeli security and values AND palestinian state goals and the opportunity to develop. Then, after they settle this, we need massive Arab investment in Palestine to bring up the standard of living and education very rapidly.

We need a real negotiator like Dennis Ross to work out the details...
