No Spin: White House refuses to tell Senate their Iraq plan. Chairmen Lugar and Biden are furious that the White House refuses to tell them their plans in Iraq. Either they don't have a plan or it's a secret plan. This is an outrage. Meanwhile the military says they need another 47 billion (having spent the 87 billion no-accounting blank check), the White House says we're handing ovber power on June 30th and there is no one to hand it over to yet. Amazingly inept and dishonest.
