What was Modoff's question about the RF CMOS an when it would sample? Answer was rth quarter this year 1st quarter next year. Was that the 7xxx series that he is asking about? Something else?

Its the next step in Qualcomm's RF design roadmap. It allows the RF chips that go along with the MSM to be manufacturered in a standard CMOS process (instead of a more expensive method).

As I understand it, this is a possible first step in eventually integrating the RF chips into the MSM (sort of the holy grail of single chip cellphone efforts).

FWIW, here was a post that I made attempting to compare the TI and Qualcomm RF integration efforts.
