You changed the subject again.

Please explain why Kerry did not report atrocities
he committed or saw being committed in Vietnam?

This is a lose-lose-lose proposition for him.

If he witnessed atrocities being committed by servicemen,
he had a duty to report it. Having failed to do so, he
should have been court-martialed for dereliction of duty.

If he committed atrocities, he should also be in the brig.

If he did not witness or perform atrocities, then he lied.
And is still lying, since he did not disavow that
testimony, only white-washed it.

And that's happening RIGHT NOW--not in 1971.
