I'm not comparing war to Sunday school classes.

I am also not talking about civilian casualties due to
bombings.

I am talking about the claims John Kerry made in
his 1971 testimony and during that era.
More specifically, rapes, cutting off ears, applying
electicity to genitals, etc. that he claimed were
routinely committed by American servicemen.

Has this been proven? If so, please provide
the proof.

What proof has Kerry supplied to back up his statements?

Has he disavowed them, really?
Not clear that he has.

I've no quarrel with his general position against
the Vietnam war. As I've said, many honorable
people were against that war.

However, I do have a quarrel with John Kerry's
approach to his anti-war activities and the people
with whom he chose to associate in that regard.

Maybe you should wake up and do a little
critical assessment of your evident candidate.
As I've said before, I'm no staunch supporter
of Bush, but I can't consider Kerry as a viable
alternative.

Reading these boards and the discussions
of diehard Kerry supporters hasn't changed
my mind. If anything, it's only reinforced
my belief that Kerry is not the man for the
job.
