"Vast American RE bubble" = California? Fine, if you say so

One out of every 8 Americans live in California. The value of RE here is disproportionately higher, because of the bubble. Median house prices in LA are around $400k. In OC the median house is $500k. San Diego is higher. SF and Silicon Valley are higher. When the California bubble pops the ripples will travel a long way.
