Carlos,

Posts are on the side of the company because they:

1. Accept 100% of the financial risk of the company and thus deserve the bulk of the reward.

2. The worker has the choice of working elsewhere if he doesn't like it.

If the workers are smart enough to see that the profit goes to the shareholders of a company, why do they continue to wallow on the loser's side? Why not join the winning side and own a few shares?
