steve... Today's New York Times has an article about postponing FP/FR passports for another 2 years. If you have access, it's on p. 25 of the first section. Title is, " Bush Seeks Delay on High-Tech Passports." If you don't have access, let me know and I'll post some of the more pithy (inane?) parts. Cheers - Jean
