I scan the newspapers from China and India pretty regularly. These two countries are the beneficiaries of US outsourcing. They are interested in keeping Bush since Kerry has advocated that American jobs be held by Americans in the US and not by Indians or Chinese in their respective countries.

So I not only understand "what" the post says but also "why" it says so.
