U.N. reports activities amongst the Mexicans, who want a reclaim their homeland in USA's Southwest, indicate they are stockpiling weapons and smuggling people into the territory. This is in direct opposition to the ban on immigration and weapons imposed on the territories.

When approached, they said they want to live in peace with their anglo cousins.

Anglos complain Mexicans are usurping their power by flying the Mexican flag and holding mass rallies in Spanish.

U.N. tries to give both sides a fair hearing.
