ACcording to Mark Shapiro from MPR approximately 60% of the money targeted for Iraq is ending up lining the pocket of a crook. There are bribes, kickbacks and all kinds of payoffs happening with out money.

Because Iraq is not in the US there are no laws that regulate the expenditures. No one can be held accountable for the fraud. Sen Leahy is trying to pass a law that will change the situation but right now there is nothing to stop the bleeding. Leahy tried to get the War Profiteering Act passed last year but it was voted down in COngress!!!!!

Every American should be outraged about this and demand an immediate end to this fraud. Our money is being passed out like paper plates in Iraq!!!!!!!

The oversight on these contracts is being outsourced by the Pentagon !!!!!

This is outrageous!!!! Every American should demand more from our gov't.

Our Medicare, Social Security, education is all going to ruin while this kind of money grabbing is allowed to occur???

What kind of BS is this?
It's Bush style BS.
