Wow Jay, that's sure some gap that's opened up. I am VERY glad I didn't swap out of the future into the past, which is gone, no matter how hard people try to cling to it. The tsunami will reverberate around the world, destroying low-lying communities and therefore having a big impact on those well above sea-level, who will afterwards be able to buy, or simply take over, the vacant land nearer sea level.
