Hawk, if a second Palestinian state does come into being, it assumes peace with the Israeli, right. Then, why not leave the settlements where they are, give the settlers a choice, move back to Israel, or become a "Second Palestine" citizen. After all there are almost a million or so Arabs that are citizen of Israel, rational thinking would go to say if the Jewish settlers are forced to move into Israel, then the Arabs within Israel, maybe, should be moved to that second Palestine? What is that "defensible", there is peace and not need to defend the Jews that happen to want to live in Qiryat Arba and Hevron (which they did till 1929, and actually a lot of them till 1948), Gush Etzion was taken by Jordan in 48 as well and so on and so on...
