But I would be fine with 13% flat tax. Again the poor would get hosed (they currently pay ZERO Fed Income taxes, and a total of 7 5/8% if you count SS and medicare. And the rich pay OVER 30% of their INCOME to the FEDS. You are dumb as a post.
