I actually do think the tax code was relatively fair under Clinton, and the CBO data reflects effective rates under Clinton tax policy.

But you're missing the point. You say the CBO data "REFUTES" my point that the rich are undertaxed.

That's an opinion, how can the data refute my opinion? It's logically impossible.

It would be as if i said "the summers in San Diego are too hot," and then i showed you some data that showed they are hotter in Las Vegas.

Then you'd say, "that temperature data refutes you point that the summer in San Diego is too hot."

It just doesn't make any kind of logical sense.

I've told you many times the metric i'd use: A person should pay federal taxes in proportion to how much of the nation's wealth they own. If you own 1% of the wealth you should be paying 1% of the taxes.

So again, tell me how the CBO data refutes anything i've ever said.
