I cannot speak for the French or the Germans...or anyone else. I cannot even speak for the US. So it is pointless to participate in your infantile exercise. What I can clearly state is that to date Bush has not sought any help. And help was offered on several occasions, which he rebuffed. Oddly enough, Bush has now shoveled the entire transfer of power question on to the UN...for them to figure out a way to transfer power...and this with 9 weeks to go. Orca
