Hi all: FWIW Dept. Have you seen what Cisco is doing lately? Basically (right...) they place a webserver that speaks SNA out one port and tcp/ip out the other in-between the user on a LAN and the FEP (which can be a channel attached Cisco router replacing the _way_ expensive IBM FEP). A browser...any browser attaches to the Webserver and gets their now "GUI'd" mainframe apps. The logic is all on the Cisco webserver and has the prereq. html config util. It is similar to programming VB but a little easier<g> I think. Seen it. It's neat.
