I have implied nothing except the truth. The truth is Bush has not asked for any participation.

When the UN asked Bush to come to UN to discuss the UN role, Bush rebuffed them.

When the reconstruction contracts were being let he did not allow participation by non coalition countries.

Everytime there has been an opportunity to widen the participation, Bush has not allowed for it.

Bush has widened the gap between the US and the world. The reason that we do not have the participation of other nations, is that Bush has actively kept them away.

Now you expect them to come running to bail us out?

It's a miracle in my mind that the UN is lending assistance on the turn over of power in Iraq.

And I do believe that Bush or Kerry could actively lobby the UN and or NATO for assistance, and get it too. With Bush we will not get his active participation towards that goal...with Kerry we will certainly see energy put into widening the effort.
