I am quite confident about the information regarding line 1's failure to produce satisfactory batteries which successfully passed the cycle test. This was verified to me on 2 occasions by someone familiar with the manufacturing process and status and has been vefiried by a member of the financial community also on two separate occasions.
Furthermore, I think those wish for an OEM contract by mid-to-late September are being a big aggressive, even with the assumption (which I also hold) that line 2 is progressing well. I think the most practical range of dates for an announced OEM contract (not a letter of intent) will be in the October/November time frame at the earliest.

Not that the market seems to care about line 1's failure, I might add..., since the stock seem to drift upward, albeit on relatively light volume.
