But I have separated it out from income tax, because it is not income tax. Otherwise, there would be no limit, right? "All those millions of working Americans that you and Fox slander by saying they pay no federal taxes" What a whiner. Nobody is being slandered when you say that a portion of the population doesn't pay income tax. And if someone's whole tax nut is 7 5/8%, and THEY GET IT BACK, I am not going to cry for them. You can continue to though. It suits you well.
