That's Buddy's flat tax proposal. You'll have to argue with him. I am like you in this regard in that I think his idea is ridiculous. Why don't you, Dipy, Buddy and Dietrich start a thread and come up with a comprehensive tax code for all of us. Then if it has any merit (which I seriously doubt), we can discuss it. I am quite open to a simpler system. But when I see whack jobs like Buddy saying the rich are under taxed at 30%+ for Fed Income tax alone WHILE proposing a flat 13% to 19% with Russia being the model country I have serious doubts about your collective ability to do anything but bitch and whine about how bad it sucks here. Which all 4 of you are quite good at btw.
