Yes! You found it! This is the article I remember reading which gave an indication we might be involved in Iraq! If it's true IDNX is involved in IDing the whole country of Iraq then surely ABIS will be used. What about IBIS? Why not? Heck, they're setting up a whole new system from scratch with no old legacy systems to deal with - they should be able to design and incorporate IBIS into the new system. Wow!
