Well, Janet Planet, I think that song is great without any music at all. So it must be really good with some!
I'm in the mood for some new music, and have really been enjoying woman singers lately (just following the trend). So I will look for Trisha Yearwood. Fleetwood Mac didn't have enough material to release a new album without using something old? I sort of really don't like it when groups I used to listen to are on a marked decline but still trying to play. As I said the other day, in the video Stevie looks like she can hardly stand up anymore, let alone dance all over the stage like she used to do. That made me sad. Surprising, too, because she looked pretty and her face looked young and relatively unlined, and she looked thinner than I had seen her recently.
The Rolling Stones are going to tour, which makes me happy because they still put on a wonderful show. I hope they are still writing good music--I guess we'll see when their new album comes out.
Hey, that wonderful pagan documentary, "The Burning Times" about the 150-year massacre of perhaps as many as hundreds of thousands of wonderful women who were erroneously branded as witches in the Middle Ages is on tonight on Channel 9, the PBS station in the San Francisco Bay Area, at 8:50. It's beautifully presented with historical art from the era. I think anyone with an open mind would enjoy watching it. If anyone here does watch it, I'd love to know what you think!!! |
