You might have to reinstall QC. But before taking that measure, I'd reboot and see if that fixes it. Also try another workspace in case the one you are using is corrupt. And remember Q makes a backup whenever you save a file, so if you have a corrupt file you might be able to recover it, if you haven't saved it again since it became corrupt.
