couple notes (still reviewing audio)

positive stockholder equity of $100m (first time i ever remember that for ICGE). this is important to me because positive cash/debt ratio, EBITDA and stockholder equity are magnified with less shares (when your #s are negative, it's better to divide that up among more shares).

also they monetized $13m from portfolio mostly from sale of EMRG shares....

the new $60m convert will completely liquidate old convert. not counting that, they have $55m cash an increase from 12/31.....
