Hi TG: The Alcide product works and it is a big deal.
Alcide's 50/50 partner is going to pay Alcide a min.
of $4,000,000 per year even if none is sold. Also the
partner is picking up the lions share of the ramping up
costs. Is there risk? Yes! Is the upside very big? Yes!
