The initial reaction of old line Media editors to bloggers is dislike. When they talk or write about it, the first thing they use is the fact that the bloggers are not edited. You know Bill, if it weren't for this thread and the Internet I would have never made that connection. I want to thank you for doing what you do, and thanks for clearing that up. What a sneaky, smarmy bunch. We are hearing these kinds of complaints more and more from the "old line Media editors." They must feel like their sacred territory is being transgressed? They act as if some violation has taken place. Course I can understand that kind of reaction after having their associations or agendas questioned. They have always been the ones doing the questioning and aren't accustomed to having to answer for themselves. <gg> Through the Internet as well as the new right leaning media outlets, I've come to realize that we have had our own little brand of politburo right here in America for quite some time. Is this perhaps where some of this open anger or what I call the "new phenomenon of hatred in America" originates? M
