but the doctors are no longer living pa. the state took action to participate in insurance. and there are some other details. I agree with him being too close to trail lawyers. he is also very close to unions. esp in philly etc. that is how he gets re-elected in a state where majority are democrat. one the other hand specter has commited to bring up the bush judges and support bush . If he is not chairman or if they lose majority in senate bush doesn't even get a decent change. I have to go with specter. I do not agree with a lot of his votes, i do not like the person but i feel he is best person to represent pa and hopefully help bush.
