jhong, I largely agree with you. The one point I would like to make is that when a company breaks down through its 200 day moving average it is time to seriously consider moving on. That to me signals something wrong that is company specific. Current examples of break downs are Gold Corp. and Placer Dome. I have sold out of those and will look to return the money to stronger companies within the sector when it turns up.
