I posted a piece by Ralph Peters recently that included this line - But they don't. It's time to face up to the functional and moral collapse of the Arab world - if we can't describe the problem honestly, we shall never deal with it effectively. Arab civilization has failed. I am coming to believe that as I see what is happening. I really doubt if any Arab Civilization can make it into the 21st Century. Individual Arabs come here and do well, but when they get together as a community, the social pressure takes over. We are really "holding a viper to our chest," with these Muslim Student Unions on campus. Run by visa card militants who wish us ill.
