Absolutely I recall.
You do recall that they ceded all claims and authority to the PLO and NOT Israel?? It was a politically and financially motivated move for Hussein however, as early as 4 years later there were already talks in place between Hussein, Arafat & James Baker with regards to a confederation that I suggested in my previous reply to you.
