I couldn't get the video to run. Which isn't particularly troubling to me. I tend to discount all attempts at video or photographic evidence because of the ease with which Photoshop can be used to create new realities. Something to keep in mind is that there are alternative explanations for flashes of light. The most typical one in a structure like towers would be the failure of electrical switchgear and transformers which would provide exactly the sort of flash that many would interpret as the result of an explosion.

What is far more important in my mind is the unresolved issue of the metallurgical anomaly of melted A36 structural steel. I've read about this in WTC 1 and 2 before, but this is the first reference I've seen to this phenomenon in WTC 7:

On Tuesday, oddly, three of the major steel-framed buildings in the world become the first ever to collapse due to "fire". Bizarre eutectic anomalies are discovered, and remain unexplained to today:

Here is the speculation. Some evil genius came up with a eutectic device consisting of any one of dozens of eutectic material combinations (a simple example would be powdered sulphur and iron oxide packaged in a plastic sleeving, which would keep the components stable at ambient temperature). Undoubtedly, DARPA has much more advanced chemical combinations available. When the fires in the WTC buildings elevated the temperature of these eutectic devices, the plastic melts away, the eutectic chemicals intermix creating a chemical reaction at critical locations on the major support columns and with the columns melted and weakened, collapse is inevitable.
In this scenario, the flashes of light that some claim to see in videos are extraneous red herrings that have nothing to do with the main show, which is the failure of the main support columns, completely hidden from view, deep in the bowels of the buildings.
