Saddam ran a secular state which persecuted Islamic radicals. In fact some of those "mass graves" the Bushies always talk about were full of people we'd want dead too.

Saddam was a mad man...balancing out islamic mad men. But now the balance is tipped in the favor of the Islamists.

That might be an interesting out come from the war...another Iran.
