That too is a fallacy & you should speak out against those
who make such false assertions. They do as much harm as
those who actually do hate all Muslims because they too
are part of the problem, not part of the solution.

Sure there are a very small percentage of kooks who now
hate all Muslims. If you follow the PfP thread, it's
obvious that almost every regular poster on that thread
knows that it's only a small percentage of fanatics that
make up the terrorists & that a slightly larger percentage
of them condone &/or support them. The vast majority do
not support terrorism, albeit far too many of them do
absolutely nothing to stop it. That too is wrong, but it
isn't a reason to hate them IMO.

It's such a shame that politics is playing such a large
role in obstructing the war on terrorism rather than a
genuine collaborative effort to win the war. And I'm
speaking about all facets of the war on terrorism, not
just rooting out the leaders of the terrorists. Far too
many resources are being used up obstructing the war on
terrorism for political purposes that it makes me sick.
The lies, distortions (like the fallacy that certain large
groups of Americans hate all Muslims, etc.) & deceit are
so obvious that it is about politics & not about the real
threat from terrorism. Don't even get me started on
politicians/governments who are so corrupt that they have
profited from their obstruction efforts.

If everyone would set politics aside & work together, this
real global threat could be resolved far quicker & with
far less loss of life. Unfortunately some folks simply do
not care about that reality. It is seen as an opportunity
to make political gains regardless of the consequences.
