LOL..Great story...glad all turned out well. If memory serves, one of the reasons I gave up on Norton was a manual uninstall I had to do to get things right. It was a lot of work. More than I felt like having to repeat in the future. Don't worry about too many details...the more we have the better our chance of helping.
