I am not in favor of the PSFT merger. I can think of alot of better things to do with $9.4 billion in cash. They say the subscription rate of PSFT would be incremental to ORCL's bottom line in about a year. ORCL can crush PSFT in the market just by slashing prices and get the subscriptions; it would just take longer. PSFT is a very good company but the price be offerring is scary. I would not mind seeing them buy a company outside of applications (i.e., blackberry or palm) to extend their technology to the fringe. Alydar
