Clinton had some personal flaws BUT he provided our country with Eight Years of Peace, Progress and Prosperity... clinton5.nara.gov Mr. Bush started with a record surplus -- we now have a record deficit. Mr. Bush has failed to fully fund his "No Child Left Behind" education program. Look how our country is viewed around the world as a result of the Bush Administration's unilateral foreign policy. Look how The United States is going backwards in protecting its environment for future generations. Look how GW Bush has presided over a record number of lost jobs during his term -- the worst record for a president since Hoover.
