Richard: I do own common shares, and options to buy common shares of ADVR. Yes, indeed, it is a Penny Stock. But, I doubt that it will be a Penny Stock for much longer.

I have bought and sold ADVR from a low of $0.03 per unit=(1-common, 1-A Warrant excercisable at $0.03, 1-B warrant exercisable @ $0.05, 1-C Warrant exercisable @ $0.07), to a high of $1.58. My most recent purchase was at $0.22 per share. I have paid as high as $0.64 per share for ADVR. I have bought and sold ADVR at all kinds of prices in between! Of course, my highest sell price, for ADVR, was $1.58!

My prediction: ADVR will be a $30.00 stock and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, within the next three years!

This is my opinion. Investing in penny stocks is risky business. ADVR is a very "ify" and risky stock. One can make a lot of money investing in this type stock, or he/she could lose his/her entire invstment. Let the buyer beware!

Many thanks for your question,

"CRAZY JAKE" JUSTUS
