A reverse split is not always a negative thing. Your investment is still the same but fewer outstanding shares to dilute profits. This is the good part, the bad part was the continued bear attacks that was an attempt to ruin this company. Well surprise the present BOD has turned things around. > 2. We the cartel hold all the cards now and they don't. Sure they can try and scare inexperienced investors with their games, but not the pro's as we have in the cartel. We know the deal and have played this game before. I told people weeks ago that we were going to pull this off and many laughed at me. In two short weeks we the cartel has undone 6 months of damage that the bears have caused to OVIS. In another two weeks or month we will have defeated them. That's only if the cartel stays together and does as planned. that's not to sell and buy all the shares that they can thus making our numbers stronger. We have approx 1.6 million cartel shares, but I want 2.5 million in the cartel. This would mean we have 100% of the float plus 900,000 known shorts. You want to see a bear cry. MM can't not force anyone to sell them stock. And the company hates the MM for what they have done to this company and are in the process of going to the big boards once a $3 or high stock price is held for 20 trading days. That's why the company needs us, and I have their word that they are not going to do anything to stop us from our work as it helps them in the long run. As it increases the company value, it increase their power in the market place, improves financing and most important it kills the bears that screwed them in the first place. ---- My note: I have nothing to do with the company, nor receive any benefit from the company.
