I heared that a guy got that job because he invented a "world class" cooking recipe that will guarantee meet any earning estimates. Here is how it works:
1.) Use round up math. If the estimate is 3c, make 2.508c; if the estimate is 7c, make 6.6c.
2.) Combination of stock split and round up math. For exmample, to meet a 20c/share earnings, you first split the stock 14 for 1 then the earnings per share would be 1c (1.4) per post split share so that you only need making 7.1c pre-split (0.507 post split) to meet the estimate.
