One thing is clear, if there were a popular vote in Egypt today Islamist demagogue extremists would win on One Man, One Vote, One Time, as is the case in most any Arabic country. Yes, it is. The only Muslim countries where that is not happening is the ones with a strong Military. Turkey. Egypt. Algeria. Indonesia. That is why I think we will end up with something like that in Iraq.
