Yes it's time to start watching all the Fouum Players One of the fellows in the office was talking to Susan at Vortex on Friday. It sounded like the Forum Project may soon get a go ahead. Apparently there has been a few changes in the Local Council and they are encouraging the development. Even to the point of suggesting other sights being available. For them to do the Forum Project however I am sure Most of the Partners are going to have to do a Placement so its imperative to try to get their share prices higher. Or just find enough cash to keep going. ************** News from 08/15/97 Mr P.C. Devlin reports The company has entered into a private placement agreement for the sale of 500,000 units at $0.25 for $125,000. Each unit consists of one share and one warrant to purchase another share at $0.25 in the first year and at $0.25 in the second. Proceeds will be used by the company for general working capital. ******** Vortex has picked up some new properties. as has Curlew and Templar has some new management.
